The Villas are connected by paths lined in fragrant, aromatic herbs, and represent the ideal place to set off on your bike to discover the hidden beauty of Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany.

The Invinum Gusto Gourmet restaurant, under the expert guidance of the Chef and his collaborators, offers dishes which enhance the typical features of the territory and its traditional recipes. To truly reflect the connection to the territory of these characteristic dishes, together with the organic agricultural products of our farm, like the wines of the Altarocca Winery and the extra virgin olive oil from the Altarocca oil mill, based on seasonal availability, we select the best typical products, preferably organic and kilometer zero, like the meats and the Cinta Senese cured meats, Ficulle saffron, Spello chickpeas, Castelluccio lentils, Cannara onions and Fabro truffles.
